How much does applying cost?
Nothing, ever. Services for job seekers are free by law: it is the company that commissions the search and pays us.
What happens after I send my CV?
Your profile reaches your local branch and the person who covers your field. If it matches an open search we call you; otherwise it stays on file for future positions and we get back to you when something suitable comes up.
Do you earn less through an agency?
No. On a temporary staffing contract, pay is the same as for the company’s direct employees doing the same job: it is set by the collective agreement, not by the agency.
What is a CCNL?
The Italian national collective labour agreement. It sets hourly pay, grades, leave and protections for each sector. It is the same for direct hires and for temporary staff.
Is sick leave paid?
Yes. Sick leave is paid according to the law and the percentages set by the applicable collective agreement.
Are maternity and parental leave paid?
Yes, maternity and parental leave are paid as in any other employment relationship.
When do wages arrive?
On a temporary staffing contract the payslip is ours, paid in the middle of the following month. Renewals, holidays and sick leave always go through the branch that follows you.
How much do the training courses cost?
Nothing. Courses for temporary staff are free and we organise them, including mandatory safety training.
Do I need experience already?
Not always. Many companies are looking for people to train: in those cases availability and reliability count more than previous experience.

Does hiring through an agency cost more?
No. Once you count labour consultancy, publishing and managing adverts, sourcing candidates and staff administration, going through an agency saves money and above all time.
How much does the service cost?
It depends on the number of people and the applicable collective agreement. Two lines on the contact page are enough to get a quote.
Can I ask for temporary or project-based staff?
Yes: fixed-term staffing, project-based work or direct placement. We choose the form together, based on the need.
Which sectors do you cover?
All those where staff are needed: warehousing and production, offices, catering, healthcare, retail, events. From operators to specialist technicians.
How do I give feedback on candidates?
You have a single account manager for the assignment: the same person throughout, reachable at any time.
Can I interview candidates myself?
Of course. We do the first screening, then you can meet as many candidates as you like before deciding.
Do you offer services beyond staffing?
Yes: search and selection, training, outplacement and international recruiting. They are described on the page for companies.
How does training work?
We organise courses for the staff we supply according to the need, safety included. There is nothing for the company to manage.
