Cookie policy
This site uses the bare minimum. No measurement or marketing cookie is set before your consent. There is one exception, and it is technical: on the «Send your CV» page the application form is provided by our recruitment system and needs a cookie of its own to work. We explain it below.

Technical cookies
They make the site work and need no consent. Ours are two: one remembers the light or dark theme you chose, the other remembers your answer about cookies, so it is not asked again on every visit. They stay on your device and go nowhere else.
The application form
On the «Send your CV» page the form is not ours: it is InRecruiting (Intervieweb, Zucchetti group), the system we manage applications with, embedded in the page. To work it sets a technical cookie of its own, PHPSESSID, which holds the steps of the form together: without it the form could not be filled in. It measures nothing and does not profile you. It applies only on that page, only the server that set it can read it, and it lasts one year. What you write in the form goes straight into our application database.
Measurement cookies
They count visits in aggregate and tell us which pages are useful. They are set only if you consent, and you can change your mind at any time.
Marketing cookies
We do not use any at the moment. Should we introduce them, they would appear in the consent panel before being set, not after.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw or change consent from the cookie panel, reachable from the footer. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings: the site will keep working.
